The eye toy scans your body in 3d space plus the move remote is used for enhanced movement and control in 3D space. I doubt you even have to use the controller for Dance central. Where Kinect has the edge is only based on the fact that Kinect has not one but two powerful cameras. The Move has far more potential for growth because it uses a powerful camera already and all forms and spaces of the 3d realm you're in can be accessed  and manipulated with the help of the controller. Didn't you watch the Move preview videos before it launched?

Here is where you lose me... Move has more growth because it has more buttons? Is that what you are saying, see you seem to be presenting this as fact even though it sounds like more of an opinion.

This is the biggest thing that frustrates me about this, discussions are fine. But somehow Kinect has game designers impressed even though by your logic just the camera is about the same as the move camera. What absolute horse raddish. Without the move controller, which has the signal response to the camera the move doesnt come close.

It is not that Kinect has 2 cameras it is that Kinect is designed to do a bit by itself.

It is not the buttons that make Move somewhat accurate, it is the bright light from what I have read, would this be some what accurate. The reason in my opinion why Sony seems to be waging a war against non buttons is not the fact that move is more accurate but that Kinect seems to be showing signs of potential.

Now what you have seen up there is my opinion, not designed to be anything else.

I would be impressed with Kinect as well if I cared about casual titles. This is why  FAAST is being worked on (Flexible action articulated skeleton toolkit). Hopefully Microsoft buys this so I can see a way out of this.
