I don't agree. My suggestion would be a) don't overmilk it and kill the golden goose and b) just pile on the content when you do release a sequel. One of the advantages of being a music game is that there's a tonne of popular content out there that you can use, pay for stuff people will enjoy and stick it all in there (while making sure to give enough attention to each piece).
