Nah, GoTY 2010 everywhere is Mass Effect 2, and they won't want to repeat. Notice how SMG2 won pretty much nothing this year. The same goes for LBP2, for quite a few publications.

actually if you looked over here http://gotypicks.blogspot.com/2010/10/2010-game-of-year.html you would see that Read dead redemption has more GOTY awards than Mass effect 2, or were you being sarcastic?

The "big ones", as such (IGN, GameSpot, X-Play) are going to Mass Effect II, and I don't think there's any chance of a sequel to Red Dead Redemption, unfortunately

as for a RDR sequel I think that it is actually very likely to see a sequel analysts suggested that the game would have to ship over 4 million copies to brake even  so far VGCharz has the game at 3.8 million on the PS3 and 3.18 million on the X360 so it's almost sold through 7 million copies, add to that the game has been the major factor in pushing 2K's first profitable non GTA financial year in like forever and has reportedly shipped almost 8 million. Not only does a sequel look likely, I would say it's almost inevitable.
