I've never been afraid of being banned.  Have never edited a post in fear of bing banned.  You know why?  Because I try my best to treat people respectfully, even when disagreeing or calling them out.

If someone is afraid of being banned, then its probably because they like to start trouble.

Not really, i can't recommend anything to anyone because it will usually end up in a ban because i was off topic. Or i cant speak my mind in a "this game is awesome" thread. I can see how some people would limit what they say to refrain from a ban.
