Developer loses self in making game, forgets the limits that have been there all along, and decides not to do what it originally promised.
Do I have the story right?
There have been claims of double-crosses and money deals. To me, it is either ignorance or arrogance.
Is Nintendo's file size limit too restrictive -- yes. But is it the fault here, not really since this was announced about two years ago for the WiiWare service, then grew into other places.
I have no problems with people going cross-platform. But they ought to live up to their original word. Don't promise what you cannot deliver and don't promise exclusivity if you plan to wander.

PS - I never planned on getting this game, so it is not a loss to me personally. I am more concerned about the Retro City Rampage delay and hope it does not turn into a cancellation.
I am Mario.I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble. Wii Friend Code: 1624 6601 1126 1492 NNID: Mike_INTV |
