Actually, it looks like FFXIIIi is really the best selling Ultimate Hits debut for the series. :P

ALL OF THEM ARE RELEASED IN THE SAME PLATFORM FF XIII made a 360 debut

FFXIII didn't make a 360 debut.  FFXIII International Ultimate Hits did.  Yeah, there's a difference...

so SO4  didn 't made a debut on ps3 SO4 International did ,not john johny as we say in our country this ad on its own is a proof http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjsxVpQYfgE non even they didn 't believed it it is marketed as FFXIII coming to 360 not as FFXIII international, ultimate hits coming to 360

You're focusing too much on platform here, and not enough on the actual release itself.  This is an Ultimate Hits release, they never have big debuts, and honestly I think this title would've done similarly low on PS3 instead.  Possibly worse even, considering the original can be had for a quarter the price new still.

When I first heard about FFXIII International going to 360, I figured we'd see a sizable first week and probably a respectable ltd (200k plus).  Once I found out it had no new content (unlike every previous International FF rerelease) and was being positioned as an Ultimate Hits release, I predicted a first week pretty damn close to what it actually did.  Again, there's no real incentive here for fans to rebuy, that's the fundamental issue at play, not it's platform.  Had FFXIIIi had additional content, it'd have sold more than this.  Had 360 gotten FFXIII day-and-date with the PS3 last year, it'd have sold more than this.  Had FFXIIIi released on PS3 instead in the same state, it probably would've sold about the same.  It's a problem with the release, not the platform.
