hahaha, yes it woud be. but like i mentioned before, i think it can beat FF12, and FF13. but not FF8, 10 or 7. i think its more important that this game get a high critical reception. like a 92 plus metacritic, and high Famitsu, and western reviews. because Wada and Square will take notice of those things.

the only problem with the western release is that the Wiis casual userbase, are there enough users who will buy this. i think in Japan this is not a problem, but in the west, it could be problematic imo.

I think it could sell well in the West. Many people might buy a wii for it if it turns out as good as we all hope, with Sakaguchi making it, I'm sure it will. Yeah I hope the game kicks Final Fantasy up the backside as competition with Dragon Quest from Enix in the 1990's is what led to FFIV-FFIX being gems, the company had to try to beat its rival. Final Fantasy has no rival right now, Dragon Quest is a part of SE.
