Actually, if you buy this pack, you can get a key and add those games on Steam for free.

Why on earth would someone do that? Those games are DRM free so I don't see any reason to spoil them with crappy DRM like steam. For free... haha.

It's just convenient to have all your games in the same place.  But... your DRM-free download links for all the games will stay active, so if you change your mind you can download them again, and again, and again, for free.

So... it is convenient to have the games installed on same folder or is it convenient to have the shortcuts on steam instead of for example your desktop?

If I install these games through steam, can I remove them from my games? If not, I think I can't sell the games I own. :O

it is illegal to sell the games from the inde bundle anyway... Or at least it's against the terms and conditions. One good reason to add the games to steam is so you can download them from the steam servers saving the inde bundle providers on bandwidth. 

Also looks like the On Live people have done something I can get behind "1 Play.onlive.com Just Play $5,000.00" good on them 

Where did you find the terms and conditions which say that? All I can find on the site is that "We don't use DRM. When you buy these games, they are yours.".
