Actually you'd find it's usually ethomaz citing "adjustments" in almost EVERY thread. I have grown accustomed to it now, and even created a game of betting myself how many posts it will be until he posts a sentence with "undertracked" in it.
OT, the 360 numbers DO seem a bit low, but then again, EMEAA isn't its strongest region, would be interested to see the Americas, those pesky "Others" countries are as mystical as ever >_>.
