I hate animal party members, specially when they are whiny.

I'm not talking about characters with animal tails or ears, I mean ANIMALS AS PARTY MEMBERS. Like Red XIII or the dog from Earthbound.

Mhm. Don't know about it. I didn't really love any of them and to help you see what I mean, though I love Fire Emblem as much as I love gaming, I never really really loved my feral buddies as fighters. If there's a place to choice, I rather have my swords, lances, axes, bows and magic sticks.
