First of all, Monado isn't a company :P That's the original name of Xenoblade.

I don't know what happens if they don't extend the trademark for use, but basically Nintendo extended the trademark so they have more time to use it (although they don't have to).

No, just they're extended the NA trademark for possible use in NA. Besides, NoA trademarked this for NA. Xenoblade is made in JP. This has nothing to do with making more games with the name Xenoblade in them (I don't see them making another Xenoblade game anyway. Maybe a new Xeno- game...but not Blade I don't think).

Ah ha I see. So it pretty much means that Xenoblade has good chances for a localization to the West or just NA.
