If I remember correctly, there was some kind of DQ - FF crossover released on the PSP.  Apart from that I don't think there are any on the PSP.  The series is certainly not Nintendo only though, DQ VII and VIII launched on the PSX and PS2 respectively, and the ports/remakes/spin offs that accompanied them.

The original DQI-II were also on NEC PC88 back in the day, and DQI-III have gotten a bunch of mobile ports.

The PSP game was "Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable".  It was a port of a PS2 game, and Itadaki Street is along running series from Yuji Horii that's basically like a cross between Monopoly and Mario Party, and for the PS2/PSP version they added DQ & FF characters (the DS one got DQ and Mario characters btw).  The game bombed on PSP though, which is probably why Horii went Nintendo only pretty quick after.
