Playstation 3, one of the old ones. Then I can take the top off and use heat given off as a barbecue (I'm assuming I'm going to need to cook the food I eat, and this seems easier than a fire).
As for the game, probably one on a nice reflective DVD, er, GTA: San Andreas, that way I can reflect light towards any passing boats to give them a signal to come and rescue me.
Or perhaps if there is internet too (what kind of crazy deserted island is this?) then I might bring Home, where I will go on and just frantically tell people to send help to the island.
