Do we still use the sales banners?

I used a sales banner on this other chat forum I'm on. I have the same signature on that forum too, and when I added the VGChartz sales banner, one of the mods deleted my whole signature saying that it wasn't the right size for a banner. And it wasn't even that big to begin with! :(
