Microsoft reveals titles late (imo) mainly because they don't own a laundry list of companies. They are either unsure or scheming some big plan with second and third parties. Being that Sony owns so many companies they will give you a huge list of titles and expectancies you can put money on. With Microsoft you basically have to hold on for the ride because nothing is ever certain with them.
