the justice system is ok, and u r right, its set to protect the innocent.
Im not blaming the system, im blaming the person behing the crime.
Are u shure this is the guy? if yes..
very well then... what u do?
if not O_o, well the trial will try to make the better decision, and then make him/her pay if he has to pay
The problem is, whats the break point when the criminal looks at the kid and thinks "well lets torture him, if they catch me...10 year prision is not that much"
maybe.. and just maybe, harder punishments (not the killing/raping the crazy guys tell) will make people to think more before acting like that
