I would like to note that our justice system isn't set forth to protect the guilty, its set to protect the innocent.

You say that the obviously guilty should be denied a trial and put to harsh and immediate punishment? Who decides who deserves a trial and who doesn't then?

I fear for any innocent person who sits before a jury that you sit on. There is such a thing called the presumption of innocence.

Besides the social impact your view point takes, the moral implications are sickening. By extensions of your blood lust you feel that once a human being makes a mistake that you deem past some moral threshold you maintain that they are immediatly stipped of their humanity. What then is the propper threshold?

Murderers? Rapists? thieves? adulterers? drug dealers? drug USERs? Some one who intentionally makes a deduction from their taxes they know they shouldn't? Your grandmother who accidentally runs a red light?

Its called a slippery slope and with your collective mentalities you would be at the bottom very quickly.
