Very good for you, u dont do anything like that because u believe is wrong, but the main problem here is this guy does not believe what you believe.
how many persons that rape/kill get in jail because ot that?
after they get out, how many keep raping/killing?
sadly there are lot of cases, what would u think having one as neighboor?
People is afraid of this, and punishment is again.. sadly one of the few methods will probably keep them out it
For me, i probably put his kind of guys in jail all his life, a place where he can live the rest of his life and
try to do something, because they are not suited for living among the society
