Kinect game sales are largely following in the footsteps of Move game sales; in other words, falling flat in the sales charts. This is because the poor sales are generally reflecting the poor quality. Say what you want about the ignorance of the expanded audience, or the "casualz" or whatever you wish to call them, but they still recognise quality when they see it. The only difference is the Kinect HARDWARE is somewhat novel while the Move is basically Sony's version of the Wiimote, so that is why the Kinect itself is selling pretty strongly out the gate. Notice that the games themselves really are not.
I don't get why third parties think they can just rush out mediocre titles, slap on some motion controls, and expect it to sell. It didn't work on the Wii, and that console has a 80 million userbase! So it certainly won't work on motion sensing add ons with less than 1/8th the userbase. Honestly, will the EVER learn?
