Is it illegal for the PS3 to be sold for less than the 360 in the USA?

I have read only part of wikipedia article but I don't see how X360 price is taken into consideration. Dumping is when goods are sold for less than it costed to produce them or for less than they are sold in their domestic market.

Also it would be hard to prove anything as PS3 cost production isn't known.
