Well actually the Only 3 latin american countries that have consoles officially released are Mexico , Colombia and Brasil.
Every other Latin american country SW and HW data is irrelevant coz every game and console sold in my country ( argentina ) is imported from USA, so it counts like US SW. And its the same for all the other LA countries excludeing mexico colombia and brazil
