Charlotte just had the most perfect snow fall last night (at least according to me). It was cold enough in the troposphere to where clouds would produce snow instead of rain, but not below freezing at ground level so it wouldn't stick.
Then again I'm really a Californian, so I'm not much of a fan of trudging through the stuff...
Always been a late Summer/Fall guy anyways.
