GT5 is impressive because it's only in its third week and last week's sales were already huge. If the whole of EMEAA stays flat this week then it could concievably have sales of over 500k for its first 5 weeks. Even 400k would be some kind of record.
December or not, no game has ever achieved that. And you're saying this is normal?
