This seems really unlikely...
1) Why would Namco bother doing extra development on the Wii version to add the extras of PS3 version when they could simply release the PS3 version? Why not release the latter instead of the former? The series is continuing on the PS3 so it makes much more sense.
2) If they're doing a translation for the Wii version, why not do it for the PS3 version as well? Same game, same translation, minimal extra cost, easier to turn a profit, etc.
I wouldn't get my hopes up. If any Tales game is likely to be translated, it'll be the new one.
