ps3 sells in around 35 countries and 360 sells around 25(i could be alightly wrong but there is surely a difference)
and along with ps3,ps2 and psp are running too so they kinda have more sales with more presence in those countries
you can just see the sales of 360 in NA,NA alone has almost same sales as all other 360 markets so the tracking seems to be better as NA is pretty modernized
