Goldeneye has no stars, only Nintendo games have stars

Some third paty games have them, I got 200 from RE4:Wii

I never knew about this.... is this only in the United States?

In Europe... since the Gamecube era I believe. My first game to get some stars from was Super Smash Bros Melee IIRC. But of course, exchanging the stars for Nintendo Points only works for a year or two. Until that time, you could only get some pictures/screensavers for them (useless) or some collector's items (useless if you don't live in one of the supported countries, which I don't)
