 Last week i had Blood Sausage.

Fantastic dish! I don't know what other gross stuff I eat, I'm sure there's a bunch of things, but I can't think of any. Though I don't know if I ever had anything with hearts and the like in them.

Actually, could you give me a recipe for that? I've been looking for something new to try, and I'd love to try something like that.

it's actually quite easy, all you need is blood sausage and potatoes.

you boil the potatoes , peel and slice them. then you roast some chopped onions in oil and add the potatoes, and the finely minced sausage, and roast it all in the pan.
