Blood sausage with apple...porridge I guess it is! I'm drooling from the thought alone! 
Fantastic dish! I don't know what other gross stuff I eat, I'm sure there's a bunch of things, but I can't think of any. Though I don't know if I ever had anything with hearts and the like in them.
