ioi said PS2 is undertracked, possibly by millions. The DS will pass it soon, but it will be a bit longer until then. Both systems are absolute monsters!

It can't be a lot.
By Sony numbers, the Ps2 had shipped 117 million by end of Q1 2007. (http://www.scei.co.jp/corporate/data/bizdataps2_e.html)
By VGChartz numbers, it has sold 24.8 million since then. Now, the expected "sold" numbers from ioi at end of Q1 2007 seems to be 113.8 million (current number minus the amount of sold since then).
Now, the 113.8 million number is clearly about spot on. So it's only the 24.8 million that can be over- or undertracked.
How largely would you expect that to be overtracked? By 2 million (8%)? 3 million (12%)? I doubt it's near 10% myself, but I guess it's possible.
