Well it depends on your definition, I count those who say that next year such and such console will beat the Wii, or other similar things as haters

So if some said that Wii will beat "so and so" console, does that mean that person is a hater, too...?

No, because its already proven fact that Wii has beaten everything except the DS

But it's not the action that counts, it's the intent.  Stating a fact is one thing.  Stating it with the intent to rub it in (trolling) is another.
