I don't undertand the thread, but the video make more sense if you can read the text; it is an advert for the DVD of the film 戦闘少女 血の鉄仮面伝説 (fighting girl the legend of the iron mask's blood). The film is crazy but that is the appeal of the film to its audience here. ^^ It's really funny. (^_^*)
