4,032,692 people possibly. I bought the game, together with UC1 in a twin pack, but I still haven't played it. The first game started getting annoying by the end, so I never bothered to play UC2. It's been sitting in my room for several months now.

Much more than that,assuming a significant amount of people bought it used.
