Also, seriously... how do you prove that a conspiracy DOESN'T exist?

Thankfully it isn't your place to prove a negative.

All I will add to this is, if he committed a sexual crime, then he should of course go to gaol for it. If not, then of course he shouldn't. Pretty simple.

Anyone saying the charges are some kind of government conspiracy should prove it. The burden of proof is on them, just like the burden of proof is on the prosecutor (or however the legal system works in Sweden) to prove that he is a rapist.

Exactly.  I'm not even saying he definitly did it, but to just blantatly assume it's a setup when it would be a setup that benefits basically noone.  I don't understand it.

Not to mention, all of the "negatives" people posted about the woman's conduct after the rape are actually fairly common as every rape victim goes through 3 stages.  Shock, Denial and Acceptance.  Often with  a good amount of self blaming and being nicer to their rapist if they know who they are because i general socialization often makes rape victims feel like it was there fault.

If there are 3 things that annoy me... it's people taking rape to lightly, religious people checking on my religious status everytime I talk to them and conspiracy theories that don't have a viable endgame and are overly elaborate.
