ohhh no!!!

i love all i have heard but dear god it can not be expensive

The PS3 needs a price cut and this PSP2 needs to be cheaper! so PS3 at £199 and PSP2 at £170ish on launch! PS3 $229, PSP2 $189

REALITY: PSP2 - $399... and £300 launch... it will arrive dead if thats the case. i wont buy one untill its the same as the PSP1 was at launch £170. wow feels weird that... PSP1..

Also does anyone think the PSP COULD get to 70mil lifetime? i really wish it would

hopefully sony will slash the PSP1 price to like £80 and sell the shit out of them

The PSP should make it to 70 mil sold/shipped by early-mid next year.  As of Sept of this year its already sold/shipped 64.2 mil, and with the holiday boost, it should reach 67-68 mil by the end of this year.

As far as price goes, they'll probably put it out for a price in the ballpark of the PSP1's original price, $250-$300.  I'd expect $300 to be closer to the real price.  So I know I'm definitely getting it.  Or maybe the PSP Phone if it can play PSP2 games.  Or maybe both.

woo if you look back and the PSP had 70million in sales it makes it look like it had a really strong life and always sold good. it deserves 70million! although it has about 100 games.. lol

i think the PSP phone wont rung PSP2 games. i think its just a Playstation emulator in a Sony Erricson. will still be just App games but under the Playstation Brand. i dont expect it to take off at all
