It's right on schedule. The next 2 weeks will be critical though. M$ will probably ship another 1 million Kinect bundles this week as well. I was in Fry's Electronics and this teenage girls were playing Kinect, laughing and dancing away. I check out some games and came back and a 10-12yrs old kid was playing Dance Central. I left and justed some DVD's/Blu-Ray movies and went back to Kinect and some women in her 30's was playing and having a good ole time. She seemed embarrassed as she kept finishing the moves and then putting her had to her face as she blushed. It's obvious Kinect has no gender or age limits. When I checked out the Move, some 20's year old guys were playing it. Of course they were playing Sports Champions. I think Kinect will do well the rest of the year. It has been on Oprah and the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. It's been featured on countless news programs and in many magazines. Way more then Sony's Move. Even with Sony's Move head start, I think Kinect will have more sales at the end of the year.

Anecdotal, but consistent with many other anecdotes.

I wonder how it's rarity during Black Friday will boost sales during December.  I'd imagine there are people that definitely want it for Christmas that weren't able to secure one but will try again and again until they get one.
