All video game consoles rock? No way! Look at the CD-i! That console flopped like a fish on the beach! Look at the Gizmondo. It's nothing but the end result of a scam! Okay, true, but all consoles are marvels of technology, have negatives, positives, good games, and bad games.

Without games, all consoles are equal. Why? Because it is the games that make the consoles, not the consoles themselves. However, many bad games exist, yet they are not nearly as important as the good ones, so really, you should only count the number of good games that exist on a console, when judging it. Even one good game, on a console, makes it kick ass. Unfortunately, only the bad games are looked at, on consoles that are disliked. Bad games dilute the quality of a console's library. Okay, but all consoles have bad games. Do you need to buy the bad games? No. So don't buy them. There are enough review sites to keep you from buying bad games. All consoles have at least one good game, so really, there is no need to hate any console.

Check out these awesome games, for these awesome systems:

Amiga CD32: Super Stardust

Guess what? Super Stardust is so good that it is coming to the Playstation 3, and will be called "Super Stardust HD."

CD-i: Lost Eden

Very good CD-i game, with great graphics, that are enhanced by the digital video cartridge.

Gizmondo: Trailblazer

One of the fastest games on a portable system.

3DO: Need for Speed

Very good graphics for its time. Good controls. One of the first 3D racing games.

Jaguar: Tempest 2000

One of the best games on the Jaguar, this arcade classic is very addicting.

N-Gage: Snakes

Mario, Zelda, Metroid, and even "The Snake," (not the character from Metal Gear Solid, but the dude with the attitude on cell phones) made an excellent transition to 3D!

Many years of experience, and work, went into all these consoles. In all of the billions of years that the Universe has existed, and the billions of people that have enhabited the Earth, only about 40 video game consoles have ever existed, so should they all not be respected? They should. At least respect the consoles, and judge the games. But, many have directed their hatred to consoles, through the bad games, or lack of good games, for it. This is why many are missing out on good games, because they look at the negative aspects of consoles, more than the postive. Many also judge consoles at first glance, without even playing them. How many people have judged the Playstation 3 before playing it? How many have looked at its negative aspects, more than its positives? How many have ignored the good games, because too many bad games exist on the console? Unfortunately, all consoles are hated by many for idiotic reasons, and they are not appreciated for their positive aspects.

Who do I blame the most? The fan boys. Got to love those fan boys... They are the ones that judge consoles before playing them, and assume that certain consoles have all the good games, and everything else sucks. Look at how many Wii fan boys there are, almost completely ignoring the other consoles. Not all the good games exist on the Wii. Many good games exist on the Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. Just because the other consoles are not selling as much, does not mean that they suck.
