Let me guess , the game doesn't require skill and good strategy , you can avoide your enemies attacks easily and you can kill em by using the same magic over and over again , not like Demon's souls where your enemies are fearsome and strong which makes you think carefully before you attack them and keep you sheild ready all the time !!

That is not what my comparison is. Demon's Souls was a game that I initially made the mistake of writing off, only to later play it and absolutely love it. 

I feel like Nier may end up being the same experience for me in that regard.

 

Many Demon's Souls lovers got in due to the game's awesome word of mouth.
