What i miss about classic games(before the online era)

I miss 8 and 16 bits anthem. At that time, the musician in games had to do wonders with such restriction. Then, cometh the CD-ROMS, and music was not so catchy.

I miss the finite lives, the insane difficulty, the hundreds of levels, the continues, the infinite live cracks ^^

I hate forced updates, non pick up and play games, useless unskippable cinematics that goes for ages (MGS4 !!!)

I miss games where you could save wherever you want on your computer. I curse the devs for that nowadays.
