Can only really talk about the UK but there has been a lot of advertising for it since it was released. Especially when the football is on. My gf said she saw it also when x factor was on and that has the highest viewing of any show right now.

So i think the whole "nobody knows about it" thing is pretty false really. It has had more advertising then a lot of games normally get. Sure it hasen't had the same amount as games like Halo or call of Duty get but it was never going to because Sony don't spend that amount on advertising.

It is quite ironic to think a game that has been in development for 6 years, been in the media for so long especially since e3 2005 and nobody knew it was coming out!


Here in America, Advertising didn't start until few days after Black Friday.

Here in Italy Ninty is flooding us so much with its ads that I didn't notice ads for games on any other platform.
