Not a chance. Think of the DS and PSP as professional runners. And think of the 3DS as a huge monster who's running dozens of times faster than both of them combined in the opposite direction.
When the DS is running insanely fast, faster than any runner has ever before, it doesn't matter with how much power you tackle into it, it'll just get up, wipe off sweat and keep going.
With the PSP, a worthless runner that's already dying of exhaustion, if you do as much as give it a slight push, it'll fall apart and die.
