Will the PSP ever outsell th DS WW while on of them still lives?

I've been thinking, with these week's numbers (and the fact I've never seen PSP over DS since I joined the site) that if it can do it either via price cut, massive campaing, 3DS killing DS, or Sony giving away free PSPgos.

So what do you think?
