They whole point of a forum is discussion. This should be a place where they can discuss their concerns with both the vgchartz team as well as other users.

Discussion is fine. Constantly complaining week after week is annoying. Especially when there is no discussion, just someone saying X is undertracked.

You shouldn't say undertracked if you have no proof. For instance, The Source has said that ioi is aware the PS2 is undertracked. Hence, this will be fixed. It is possibly undertracked by millions based on quarterly numbers.
Therefore, when people are misinformed, I find there is nothing wrong with correcting them. They sometimes even thank me for letting them know. Maybe the people who CONSTANTLY say it would let up if the people who CONSTANTLY downplay an obvious problem let up.
