Unlikely. Didn't Nintendo release some Europe charts for Q2? They were what caused the massive move PS3 boost adjustment, no? I don't remember them, but if they'd indicated 360 on top for so long without interruptions, I think VGC would have made upward adjustments for 360 as well.
