A lot of Democrats would disagree with you :P, but seriously though I didn't make my statement in connection to anyone's qualifications to be president so that is also irrelevant.
Just to recap since it's somewhat hidden in one of my dozen posts in this thread, the truth that Clinton is the only 2 term president to never get a majority of the vote was made replying to the guy asking why Hillary is so disliked. It was made as evidence of the fact that Bill Clinton was not the uber-popular president Democrats and foreigners think and did have high negatives (which would have been higher without impeachment causing liberals and some moderates to rally to him). Being married Hillary and Bill are connected so some of the dislike for her stems from him, that was the point. Other election factors/results and a candidates qualifications to be president had nothing to do with it.
