I don't remember anyone giving a number like that for the Japan Preview which isn't final sales but a guesstimate of what's going to happen.

Technically I suppose when it comes to the preview. Though the recent previews being way off as well as the massive amounts of adjustments lately swinging in every direction has been giving me pause.
