Why japanese market rejects western games?

Whoa, some of the people acting as if Japan isn't pumping out heaps of great games every single year are just delusional.

In just the last few years, Japan has developed:

Street Fighter 4

Resident Evil 5

Gran Turismo 5

Bayonetta

Vanquish

Metal Gear Solid 4

Demon's Souls

Ninja Gaiden Sigma

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2

Devil May Cry 4

Valkyria Chronicles

Super Mario Galaxy

Kirby Epic Yarn

Donkey Kong Country Returns

and the list of amazing games coming out of Japan goes on and on.

They are as good as American developers and just because the Western media has some sort of weird bias against most Japanese games, it doesn't mean they aren't as good.
