Wow dude, reading the pyramids you have steadily ran out of excuses it seems. Just drop it already, how can you know for sure as to whether a company has a tracking service or not? Maybe LIVE activity is used to estimate the amount of people who are connected to live and are playing the Kinect compatible games and the additional numbers estimated? I don't know so I cannot comment, I really do not see your side of the argument and the whole "Kinect is just a fancy PSeye" was a sufficient enough comment to outline why you are arguing in the first place.
You just hate for another company to glean success every once in a while.
