I dont really care what they do, as long as they include BC and someway to transfer your VC/WiiWare games to their next console i will buy it.
But i find motion controls enjoyable, i mean like small things. Like Twilight Princess attacking by shaking the wiimote alot of people did not like it at all but i liked it alot i thought it was a nice little extra compared to attacking with a button press or the spin in Super Mario Galaxy.
What i like about the wiimote/nunchuck combo is that they are very comfortable. With games that don't use alot of IR pointing, you can have your hands in a very natural position (to the side of you) when sitting in a couch or lying in your bed.
I wouldnt want them to do 3D yet though, i bought a new 32" LCD TV like 3 years go and i'm not ready to upgrade until, i dont know atleast 5 years.

I believe that the 'Super Wii' will have such an ability. I think so as the 3DS can have DSiWare games transferred to it (which brings up the question why Nintendo didn't introduce a similar feature for the DSiXL).
I would also be very surprised if Nintendo didn't include Wii BC, considering how GC BC was apparently quite high up the list when they were designing the Wii. What I'm not sure will be included is GC BC, depending on the architecture of the console, it could be possible or not. If not GC on the VC?

If you can emulate Wii, you can emulate GameCube. It would be downright weird of them to do the former but not the latter.

If I were to guess, I can see one reason why they would drop GC support: disk size. The Wii needs a special way to be able to handle a disk that is smaller than a normal CD/DVD, and in a cost-cutting measure, I can see this being taken out. And, if you remove disk support, you can also remove the controller and memory card ports, also helping to reduce costs.
