I couldn't agree more. it's my biggest complain on the racing part of the game. The AI is so predictable, I think they are on a tight script with no variation what's so ever.
But for the other parts such as sound, i don't really care. because it will definitely sound different from what you hear in real life. No sim has ever been able to properly generate sound for wind, car body, enironment and etc. even if they recorded directly off the actual car, there will be difference when you hear it from your sound system. Let alone apparently, they didn't record everything themselves.
