The sports number, once again, is misleading. It is inflated heavily by Wii Sports, which was bundled with every single console outside of japan. Also Wii fit is considered sports for whatever reason. Also, the genre is so broad compared to FPS, which is much more defined.

But these are number of different games, not sales. Wii Sports and Wii Fit are only two games.

There are so many flopped Sports games its funny

Yeah, it seems. Thats why per game the sales are low :/
